MIAMI (NOV. 5, 2019) — The Latin Recording Academy^® today announced additional performers for the 20th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards^®, which includes current nominees Aitana, Anitta, Pedro Capó, Julio Reyes Copello, Darell, Dimelo Flow, Fonseca, Luis Fonsi, Greeicy, Intocable, Nella, Reik, Rosalía, and Alejandro Sanz.

Latin GRAMMY^® and GRAMMY^® winner Pepe Aguilar, and past Latin GRAMMY and GRAMMY nominees Los Ángeles Azules, also join the star-studded lineup.  In addition, current nominees Camilo, De La Ghetto, Paula Fernandes, Kany García, Christian Nodal, and Tommy Torres join as presenters.

They join previously announced performers Paula Arenas, Bad Bunny, Alessia Cara, Alejandro Fernández, Alex Fernández, Vicente Fernández, Natalia Jiménez, Juanes, Mariachi Sol de México de José Hernández, Draco Rosa, Ximena Sariñana, Sech, Olga Tañón, and Sebastián Yatra.

Three-time Latin GRAMMY winner, 2006 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year™, and two-time GRAMMY winner Ricky Martin, alongside internationally renowned actresses  Roselyn Sánchez and Paz Vega, will host The Biggest Night in Latin Music^® live on the Univision Network Nov. 14  from 8–11 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central) from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

This year's landmark 20th anniversary of the Latin GRAMMY Awards will showcase a star-studded milestone celebration, including historical moments, reunions, tributes, and one-of-a-kind performances from nominees, past winners, and legends who will come together to honor 20 years of Latin music legacy and excellence.  

The Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation^® will have a unique presence at The Biggest Night in Latin Music when eight of the organization's 200 scholarship recipients accompany presenters on stage to deliver the night's statuettes to the winners, symbolizing the next generation of artists fostered through the Foundation's international programs. Since its establishment five years ago, the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation has allocated a remarkable $5 million USD toward scholarships, grants, musical instrument donations, and educational events in the United States and Ibero-America. 

Latin GRAMMYs Facebook LIVE will offer exclusive behind-the-scenes coverage of the 20th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards. The live stream will include interviews from various locations, including the red carpet, Latin GRAMMY Premiere^® ceremony, backstage, and the media center, beginning at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT. Latin GRAMMY Week attendants will also enjoy a personalized experience while in Las Vegas via the all-new Latin GRAMMY app available on Google Play and the App Store.

Preceding the Latin GRAMMY Awards telecast, the Univision Network will present the exclusive "Noche de Estrellas" ("Night of Stars") coverage of talent arrivals live from the Latin GRAMMY red carpet, starting at 7 p.m. ET/PT (6 p.m. Central). The lineup includes current nominees Rauw Alejandro, Edgar Barrera, Joaquina, Christian Nodal, Nathy Peluso, Elena Rose, Alejandro Sanz and Adelaido “Payo” Solis III (Grupo Frontera). Also set to perform are Latin GRAMMY® winners Grupo Frontera, eight-time GRAMMY® winner Kacey Musgraves, and multi-GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY winner Carlos Santana.

For this year’s Latin GRAMMYs®, Rauw Alejandro secured two nominations including Album Of The Year and Best Reggaeton Performance, while Edgar Barrera nabbed 10 nominations including Song Of The Year, Best Pop Song, Best Urban Song, Best Tropical Song, Best Regional Song, Songwriter Of The Year and Producer Of The Year. MIAMI (OCTOBER 14, 2025) — The Latin Recording Academy® announced its first roster of performers for the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®. The lineup includes current nominees Pepe Aguilar, Aitana, Ivan Cornejo, DannyLux, Gloria Estefan, Kakalo, Carín León, Liniker, Morat and Los Tigres del Norte, as well as the 2025 Person of the Year, Raphael.

For this year’s Latin GRAMMYs®, Pepe Aguilar received a nomination for Best Ranchero/Mariachi Album, while Aitana nabbed two nominations for Best Contemporary Pop Album and Best Recording Package. Ivan Cornejo secured a nomination for Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album, and DannyLux earned a nomination in the same category. Gloria Estefan received two nominations including Album Of The Year and Best Traditional Tropical Album, while Kakalo earned a nomination for Best Regional Song. Carín León scored three nominations including Album Of The Year, Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album and Best Regional Song. Liniker garnered six nominations including Record Of The Year, Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Portuguese Language Contemporary Pop Album, Best Portuguese Language Urban Performance and Best Portuguese Language Song. Morat received a nomination for Best Pop/Rock Album, and Los Tigres del Norte earned a nomination for Best Norteño Album. Also set to perform is the 2025 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year™, Raphael, who will be recognized for his more than six-decade career as a multifaceted singer and performer, which has established him as a true ambassador of Latin music worldwide.

MIAMI (OCTOBER 2, 2025) — The Latin Recording Academy® announced that Leticia Maldonado has been selected as the official artist of the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®.

Maldonado is a Mexican American multimedia sculptor who drew inspiration from the iconic neon signs of Las Vegas to create a three-dimensional luminous glass gramophone surrounded by colorful flowers.

“My personal connection to Latin music is through my grandmother who was a Mariachi singer in her youth,” said Maldonado. “I chose roses to flank the gramophone because to me they are a symbol of love and compassion, and they honor truth and beauty in art, which I believe is the spirit of the Latin GRAMMYs®.”

Having spent her formative years in the desert outskirts of Las Vegas, Maldonado found a passion for nature at an early age. Art has always served the purpose of connection in her life, both to herself through process and to strangers through the exhibitions that she has been a part of, including the She Bends collective, a traveling exhibition of all female identifying benders working in neon, and Construyendo Puentes, a show of Chicano artists from Los Angeles which travelled throughout México.

"As Latin music continues to grow and evolve, its essence remains an inspiration for creators of all backgrounds and mediums," said Manuel Abud, CEO of The Latin Recording Academy. "Leticia’s sculpture highlights the special connection between music and the visual arts, and celebrates the creativity of a new generation of artists."

Since 2001, The Latin Recording Academy has selected a visual artist to convey the importance of music in Latin culture, bridging the gap between these two art forms. Maldonado becomes the 26th visual artist to do so, joining a long-standing tradition shaped by internationally acclaimed artists.

MIAMI (SEPTEMBER 17, 2025) — The Latin Recording Academy® announced the nominees for the 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®, the preeminent international honor celebrating excellence in Latin music, and the only accolade awarded by music industry professionals. The Latin Academy's membership body of music creators, who represent all genres and creative disciplines—including recording artists, songwriters, producers, recording engineers and mixers—vote during the Awards Process.

This year's Album Of The Year category features an exceptional group of creators across a variety of genres who reflect the diversity within Latin music and its growing cultural influence worldwide: Rauw Alejandro, Bad Bunny, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Gloria Estefan, Vicente García, Joaquina, Natalia Lafourcade, Carín León, Liniker, Elena Rose and Alejandro Sanz.

In addition, a new field (Visual Media) and two categories (Best Music For Visual Media and Best Roots Song) were added to the Latin GRAMMY® Awards Process this year.

The inaugural group of nominees for the Best Music For Visual Media category includes Cabra, Federico Jusid, Pedro Osuna, Camilo Sanabria and Gustavo Santaolalla.

The 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards nominees were selected in 60 categories and reflect an expansive range of artists who released recordings during the eligibility period (June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025). All songs that are considered for nominations must be new songs and contain a minimum percentage of lyric content (60%) in Spanish, Portuguese, or any native regional language.

The final round of voting to determine the Latin GRAMMY® winners will begin on October 1, 2025. The 26th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards will be held on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
