MIAMI (NOV. 16, 2021) — The program book for the 22nd Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards® — the digital guide published by the Latin Recording Academy® for the Nov. 18 telecast and other Latin GRAMMY® Week events in Las Vegas — is now available online. The yearly commemorative guide, with English and Spanish coverage of this year’s Latin GRAMMY Awards® highlights and nominees, can be found here.
The program book spotlights profiles by renowned music writers of the nominees in four General Categories, as well as other content for The Biggest Night in Latin Music® and the Latin Academy. At more than 100 pages, this year's edition features:
- Cover artwork by the show’s official artist, Miami-based Colombian Federico Uribe
- Profiles of the legendary performers receiving The Latin Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement and Trustees Awards
- The complete list of the 2021 nominees in 53 categories
- A 10-page spread on Rubén Blades, the 2021 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year™, which includes a Q&A with the multifaceted Panamanian artist as well as mementoes from his career, such as handwritten lyrics of "Pedro Navaja" and "El Cantante"
- A tribute to Gabriel Abaroa, Jr., who led The Latin Academy for nearly two decades before becoming its President Emeritus this summer
- A feature on the Leading Ladies of Entertainment program
